The problem with that website (okay, one of the problems) is that it steals from websites around the web. It doesn't really check to see if anything is accurate. If somebody else spends the time to create the artwork, they plagarize it (they also take scans from books) -- but the worst part about this is they resample the images when they save them. They screw the colors over. Most of their colors are off by a large margin.
Take the one with the skull on the tail, that you linked: It looks almost black-green, but it's normal green (like all the greens on the Ki84s now). That just shows how out of register the colors are. And it's across the entire webpage (I've checked them a lot in the past).
So basically you want a plain, dull, green skin but with a white skull on the tail? That's doable if you have some more info on the plane. Mind you I'm still working on paint chipping on Japanese planes, but if you can find a reference of the top of the wings (type of roundels, other paint details?) I can give it a shot.
