I don't think its supposed to look like this, so here are the 2 screenshots I took.
This happens in both win2k(sp1) and win98se the system specs are as follows.

P4 1.5Ghz (dual-boot Win2k & Win98se)
256mb of rambus
2x 18.2Gb scsi3/U160 on an adaptec 29160N
Leadtek Geforce2 GTS 32mb DDR (Detonator 6.50 drivers)
win98se is using DX7.0a, not sure what 2000 is using.

No its not supposed to look that way.

In the future please convert all images to .jpg format insted of leaving them at .bmp

Why dont you download this small little freeware proggie and convert your pics next time.

Same problem here, Raedon ATI 64meg DDR. Ugly, ugly ugly.
