VF-31 Tomcatters Moven on to Rooks

Effective January 1st, 2007; VF-31 Tomcatters will begin a 1 month tour in Rookland.  We are looking forward to doing co-ops with some rooks squads during this time.   The squad as a whole is really looking forward to seeing how the Rooks work.  Most of us, including myself, have never flown in Rookland, so we are eager to try it out!


To our new Knights friends, we would like to thank you all for a wounderful time.  We made a lot of new friends, and are lookign forward to meeting them in the unfriendly skies.  A big  <> to 71 Sq RAF, FBs, CHs, and Soaring Executioners who all generally joined our missons and did co-ops with us.  There are many other knight squads that helped us as well, but i can not think of them off the top of my head.  A big <> to all Knights!!  Was a lot of fun!!


And to our Bishop brothers, we shall return very soon.  Then you all can breath a little easier when you see a Hellcat, knowing, its not a member for the Tomcatters you will be fighting!!   Every member of our squad is looking forward to going home once agian.  See you all starting Febuary 1st!!

I don't think many rooks do mishuns competently, at least not like the boptards and other lemming tribes like that do.  you may find yourselves being lonely.  be careful to bring goons and M3s yourselves.  rooks sometimes congregate over a soon to be captured cartoon-o-ville but always forget the drunks.  having said that, welcome to rookland, enjoy your stay.  pack out what you packed in.

You guys are a great asset to the Knights and Hope to see you flying as Knights agian real soon! Good luck on the Rooks change over and remeber the C Hawks are always looking 4 a good fight!

VMF-251 has its squad night on Sundays. Roll a mission with A-Hogs and we may just be there.
