Obituary for 68KO
« Reply #15 on: April 17, 2007, 01:40:56 PM »
I've expressed my sincerest condolences in another thread.  :(

Would someone please tell me on which date 68KO's obituary appeared on that site?  And, what was his birth name?  I'd like to read what was written.

Thank you!

always 68KO!

Birth name was William "Bill" Bundesmann, I'm pretty sure I recall how but I don't want to be wrong regarding such an incident.

Once again, my condolences.

Its Ok,  I Like to see people talk about Bill (68KO) my hubby! He gave alot to this game and I sure hope he isnt forgotten. He has only been gone a short time. I hate saying this but... My husband passed away suddenly of heart failure On January 1st, 2007. About 3 1/2  months ago. If anyone has any questions you may email me at  bundy28@comcast.net. If you want to see the obituary I can send you that also. This way the answers your seeking will be the correct ones.  He was a dedicated and loving husband, father, friend, squadmate and CO. He was very much dedicated to this game AH. I guess thats what brings me here, I know what it meant to him and I miss him so much. For some reason I feel a little close to him here.  Our kids and I are just trying to hold on to anything that brings us closer to him. We are missing a big part of us!!

Maybe I shouldnt be here, I dont know.

Thankyou,

Sue

If being here helps you feel close to Bill then by ALL means you should be here. Your presence also helps all of Bills friends. It goes both ways so keep your chin up.

Bill had many friends here and those people don't just go away, they're your friends now too, and I know we're not that easy to get rid of. We're kinda like a fungus that way:D

Stick around........please???? Some of us may be a little crazy but we all care.

Sue,
You definitely belong here.  I've been on rarely the last few months.  But, I was intrigued to see someone logged in earlier today with 68KO's name.  When I asked, the others told me that you (his wife) were logged in, and I was very glad to hear it.

Welcome to Aces High.  Your husband made a difference while he was here--in everything from leading missions during scenarios to organizing the racing league.

His name deserves to live on here.  :)
