Precision Pro Joystick problems

I cannot for the life of me get my rudder to work on this joystick.  In the othe rflight sims I fly it works perfect in AH its a no go.  For those that do not know it has it built into the stick just a little twist and there you hvae instant rudder.  I went into joystick configuration adn tried it there and notta.  Am I missing something?  I spoke with a firend and his works just fine.  Just puzzling it works in the other games and not this one.  Any comments are welcomed, worst case scenario I go get a new JS.  Thanks

Hi!

Got the same stick and have had no troubles with it so far. After you selected the rudder axis, you did remember to calibrate that one too?

In AH, cause there is no need to calibrate it  in the control panel if it was connected when you powered up the system. Or at least so I'm told.

Hmmm, I could test it once again when I get home.

Btw, I got me a set of rudder pedals a couple of week ago, and use them now instead of the twistin rudder.

Ok, in AH joystick settings, select rudder axis and then click select joystick. From AH control select Rudder, MS Pre Pro from the joystick and then Rz from the Joystick input, click set input and then apply.
Then calibrate and after that click apply.
Should work now, at least I got it working.

Yeppers, CH Pro Pedals USB they are. Just having a bit hard time in learning how to use them

Hope this helps,

Ok it didn't work.  I have the software installed and it works fine, when I go Into joystick settings in the game there is no tab for rudder, only the 3 to mess with.  Very frustrated now, I tried everything uninstalling and all that and notta, still doesn't work

Comeplete idiot I am sometimes, when I was testing to see if the rudder worked well I didnt see the arrows moving. Rudder is busted on the joystick.  Which would explain why it isn't working now, tested it in another flight sim and it didn't work there.  Thanks for the Help Elk, sheesh been doing hardware support for 4years and I goofed this one.
