Metrics for "pay day"?

I'm curious as to how many paying customers AH has compared to WB's when WB's went from beta to pay, seems to me there are alot more with AH on post-beta than WB's(CK), but I don't have metrics on to back this up.

Here are some metrics from this weekend:

Friday 8:00CST
WB 325+ pilots in all the arenas
AH 100 in the beta arena

Saturday 2:00CST
WB 275+ pilots in all arenas
AH 80  in the beta arena

Sunday 3:00CST
WB 300+ pilots in all the arenas
AH 100 in the beta arena


Not bad for either one if you ask me.

Yeah, except AH wasn't pay util midnight on Monday night.  Today is the first day it has been pay only.

With 250+ people still paying $2 hourly, I can only conclude that there are still a lot of potentiol customers waiting for AH to get dedicated Historical Arenas and a practice and dueling arena.  Add a terrain editor, another 10-15 planes and bombers and thats all she wrote.

After spending the past four months in AH and seeing how far it has progressed in such a short time, I cannot visualize myself paying a high hourly fee again...for any online entertainment.

PS. Its been raining here for the past 48 hours, all the worms are evacuating to the pavement.

Boy, and Howdy Yeager!  Got teased Fri/sat with "alittle" nice weather, hasn't stopped raining yet here either!  Lots of AH time this week-end!

There are also a modest number of sim pilots waiting for a MAC version to come out...if it ever will. Some of my WB squad mates have sworn to never fly AH simply due to the fact that there is no MAC version. I guess we'll see.
