Okay I have some time, so perhaps I'll try to help you out Reeb.
First off, I don't care what the arguement was about, or who started it, or what was even said.
The fact is, 200 is NOT an open playground for the verbal spout-offs, berating other players, antognozing others, or shooting your mouth off as you please.
Not to speak for HTC, but I'm sure they do not approve of the kind of behavior that seems to have occured in this incident. It is not acceptable. Period
Reeb, if you want proof of this thought, why do you think the language filter is applied to channel 200?
To squelch negative behavior and actions performed by those that can seem to grasp the concepts of self-control, respect for other players, and well....human decency. The "spirit" of the language filter extends beyong "cussing."
I should not have to squelch the rantings, rude comments, racial slurs, etc etc etc. of any player to avoid such things.
No more than i should not be subjected to have to "turn the channel" on my TV because "free speech" might allow some Nazi to spout out of about his hate and the need for extermination of so and so...
Try this Reeb, have respect for other players.
And I dont want to hear "well the other person started it" or "they said worse stuff than I did" or "ive seen worse" or "the sun was in my eyes."
All moot points.
Here is a little statement that might better govern your behavior. "You are free to act and type as you please in complete freedom; subject to the limits that can be demonstrably justified in HTC's game."
and again , IN
