Back to the article in question, I hear rumours CNN ran a story on it, somebody is just trying to rock the boat here a bit on the whole issue.

I watched that you tube link & it must've been cut short because it never had him admitting to anything.

It's well known they have them so it's irrelevant anyway.

Listening to his entire brief excerpt, still can't figure out exactly what he's trying to say.

Repeat, the whole story is a trial balloon designed to both test world public opinion and prepare it for such a contingency.

There was another thread somewhere about Israel modifying some F-16s for long-range strike capability.

After the Jewish experience in WWII, don't expect Israel to sit back and allow a nation to acquire nukes after its leader advocates wiping Israel off the planet.

Well, at least a not a major nuclear power. Can't imagine what would happen if China or Russia made such a threat. Hopefully they are too secure and mature to play nasty like that anymore.

Aren't they talking about using bunker busters with nuclear warheads? If so the detonation would happen underground and would be little or no fallout. So no reason for Russia to worry about fallout from these weapons. They should be more worried about the structure built over the Cherynoble (sp) reactor collapsing.
