Was browsing Airliners.net at lunch and stumbled on this, thought you Finns might like it.

Best Fighter Ever ?

Cheers!

Nope Fencer... the one and only Humu prototype was never  "the best fighter ever" ;) Wooden wings, too much weight, never put into production...

Yup.. I know you thought that was a Brewster ;)

I will be hosting this fine example of drunken bliss for my friends.

Trees have  been shaken looking for willing targe....err... Pilots to fly against you.

There should be a decent turnout.  You wanted 25 finn slots and 132 opponents...right?

Now, just one question, did someone remember to pay for the broadband at the conference hall?

Hm, I think Finland is nice, no big cities except for Helsinki area but lots of nice smaller cities and quite a bit of rural area. I may be biased as I live here, though.

109 RC planes are available from hobby shops, for example GWS makes a cheap easy styrofoam electric 109. However, I think the one you're referring to is not even a controlled plane, it just flies on with its battery until it hits the ground :)

What do you mean? Some are built, some are bought. They are those guys' private property.

Yes, every respectable Hobby Shop sells 109 RC planes. I don't know where you live so I cannot recommend a store near you, but here's a couple of manufacturers: GWS, Flying Styro ...

Are the sky's usually so clear? For some reason I always supposed Finland to be overcast most of the time, silly I know since I've never been there.
Easy in-game again.
