At my old job I worked with a woman who was in the Army for 6 years and did a 6 month tour in Saudi Arabia after DS.  She was an MP and told me that she and her coworkers would let her drive around the country and it would piss off EVERYONE.  

I asked her what it was like there and her exact words were, "it is bellybutton backwards!"  Apparently they have no speed limits and when an accident would occur they just pushed the ruined cars off to the side of the road.
