That you'd want to lose the P51B Mustang suggests you lack any kind of understanding of it's place in WW2 aviation history or the place of the others you mention.

I'd suggest a bit of reading first and then a repost.  I'm afraid you hit the iceberg already :)

Gosh kids these days, and they don't know there history. I'm only 18, but I've been watching the History channel, and reading about planes and other history stuff since I was like 13. I always had a thing for the History channel. I just hate it when someone in class says "My grandpa flew the B-52 bomber in WW2" I said "B-52 didn't see service in WW2 or any thing close to that, it came out in the 50s." He said "Dude you don't know what your talking about.  Its that 4 engine prop plane that dropped the first nuke." I said "Your talking about the B-29, the four engine prop plane." He said "No dude that was a jet." Me say "Okay what ever get a history book and look." I have proven to like 10 people that the B-52 DID NOT fly in WW2 and that the B-29 is not a jet bomber. Gosh any one have a story like this.

Whew VooWHo, I was starting to think I was the only WW2 obsesed 18 yr old! Thank god! Ive read all the WW2 books in my local Library (Which isnt a heck of a lot, but I try). Titanic I feel could do with looking at even this small selection of books if he feels that the likes of a 262, 163 and P 51b should be deleted! As for saying that the 262 doesnt see much action, Where have you been flying? 8 player all the time? Ive got films showing my Squad and I meeting a giant furball with about 6 262s attacking us! I have never seen 6 262's before! It was scary! And the 51b is common as well, not as much as the 51d, but its still there. Next you'll be saying delete the Hurricane Mk 1 and the Spitfire 1, along with the 109e!!!
