We have our first snow of the season in Northern Virginia.  One, maybe two inches.  It's awful!

The clouds have blown past now and the snow has stopped. We have about 1.5 inches on the ground, pretty good since it was raining so much before it turned to snow. It snowed for almost an hour before it started to stick. It really makes the base here look different.

No snow here in the northeast, I actually look forward to a good nor'easter. Maybe next year.

Dusting of an inch or so predicted here as well.

I hope we get at least one big blizzard this year.

I have a ritual I do whenever we have a really large snow storm.
Fist I go for a walk in it at its height.
