We once had a prob with mice in the house. We also had a cat that the wifey didn't like because he was in and outta the house.. had fleas...wifey was the one to kick him out.
I asked her what would you rather have mice or fleas?
Cat is back into the house... Soooo we're on the Mouse Hunt and the Cat knows he has to preform. He follows as we open door after door... closet after closet..a Cat Scan in progress....
Last closet and he dives in, the gates of Hell open..He's slashing, Biting, diving... and His paw goes up!!! Shaking his paw one mouse is making a last stand and had clamped onto his paw... shakin his paw vigorously the mouse is in mid air and he attacks....
When the Wifey and Daughters climb off the waterbed and my Son drops his StarWars Holloween Saber... it's time to clear the Killing Fields.
17 mice in a plastic bag, some dead, some dieing... My oldest Daughter holds the bag sez she's gonna take them out to the trash can outside.
I told her they're not all dead yet...I see movement in the bag, the last dieing throngs of noble mice willing to fight back a Cat..and with a smile she slams the bag against the wall and sez "They are now"
This, I determined, is the child that will place me into a Nursing Home.... I keep my eyes on her.
She nows removes eyeballs from organ donors and attends Baylor Medical College.
"I only have eyes for you Baby...."
