Does ne1 know how to get rid of that connection icon in the systray? I hear it interferes with voodoo 3's.

I've never heard that.   Are you having a problem that you suspect it's causing?

Yes, it does cause problems with Voodoo3. I just reloaded my system and forgot to turn it off(was already off when I first started playing Aces) and experienced choppy looking screen with a framerate of 51! Thought it was a bad connect, but turned off the icon and back to normal, smooth screen  .

To turn it off open up Dial Up Networking, select Connections>Settings and uncheck "Show an icon on taskbar after connected".

Huh, I hadn't thought of it, but now that you bring it up (and I don't want to jinx it too) I was locking up every time I flew, but by accident a few days ago I wiped out my Dial-up settings, After I fixed it, the Icon no longer appears in the Systray, and I haven't locked up since.  I don't know if it's related, but hey, I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth.
