Great mistakes is Great Lakes, Il. the only place left to go to Navy boot camp.

Im in Great Lakes Ill still. Across the street is Recruit Training Command (RTC) which is the last place where you can go to bootcamp for the Navy. Now Im across the street in Naval Training Command (NTC). Im taking Advanced Technical Training. Learning circuits and such until I go to my real school and learn my job. This school was created to slow down all the electronic jobs and others because the Navy is extremely over manned and broke. Even GMs are taking this class. I should be here for about a month.

Yeah you'll love the Navy... they have this term you will get to know well called "froking". They'll advance you to the next pay grade but not pay you for another 6 months to a year as that next higher grade. And hence this thread has come full circle, it started by wondering if anyone had a picture of ol squiddy. Then got hijacked by fat people who don't need any more cookies. And lastly a squid wonders by and makes a post... everything comes cull circle eventually.

You know, life ain't like a box of chocolates its more like a jar of jalapeños... carefull what you do today cause tomarrow it just might burn your arse.
