SB2-C, not SBD2c.

SBD was the bomber we have in AH with the 2x 50cals in the cowling (we have the SBD-5 version). SB2-c was a totally different bomber :)

I hate how they did the numbering for US planes early in the war. Especially naval planes. From all accounts a sub-par plane, but it had 2x 20mm in the wings, and could carry 2k internal. Our TBM carries the same load internally buy only has 50cals in the wings.

I wouldn't mind seeing it, but I think it'd just be used to HO things that attack the cv low :P

We need mid-war/late-war Japanese attack aircraft far more than American ones.

The current Japanese carrier attack planes are from the mid and late '30s.

i would like that later version of the hellcat with 2x 20mm and 4x 50cal. but we don't have it either.

the game is concentrated on combat, not on shaking the screen.

Meh, just up a Charlie Hog. Carries a very similar ordinance load, has two extra cannon, and would be far more capable of defending itself once the ords are gone.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Because the cannon armed Hellcats were primarily night fighters and only were a few of them.  Though, the F6F-5 did come with the ability to mount 20mm cannons instead of .50s.  There was a thread on this about a year ago.  Do a search, it works wonders.
