« on: November 30, 2001, 08:33:00 AM »
I'm getting locked up on the launch page for AH.  I dl'd the 6 patch and couldn't get on from there.  Running Zone Alarm and noticed when the "updated program" window came up to allow access that the IP address the game was trying to access: 219.91.192.19:3002 below is the trace  :( as you can see it stops at savvis.net multi attempts and all failed to get past savvis.  little help please !!Also the trace for www.hitechcreations.com

Thanks  :)

Try it w/Zone alarm off
Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

Start ZoneAlarm, go to programs.
rightclick on AcesHigh and check the "Canges frequently" box.
That's it.

Thanks.  This wasn't the problem, but it did lead me to the problem.  ZA for somereason put 2 AH access accounts on top of each other (no other was to describe it  :() Had given it permission, even set it to pass lock.  When that didn't work dl'd and re-loaded AH thinking that might help.  Negitive.  Out of shear fustration I tried to delete AH out of the "program" section of ZA and it pop'd right back, this time it DID NOT have the permissions like I had set.  Set the permissions and away I went.  Somehow it was in there 2x and the one I could see was different then what the program was looking at.

Thanks <S>
