Fact of the matter is I think more people want to see aircraft than the vehicles. If I created two separate polls then would narrow it down to most wanted aircraft and most wanted vehicle, but that would be misleading because more people would want the aircraft than the vehicle

The only problem with this is that you're not polling a representative sample of all Aces High players.  I'm certain that if this were conducted in game, the results would be thoroughly different, because the people who actually pay attention to the boards are going to have different views to those that don't.

reading the forums is a normal part of playing any mmo. . . the only people who do not are either 1) non-english readers (legitimate9 or playing this game as some sort of airplane sim with perks.

Consider yourself as being in the skilled position of one who has escalated the ladder. The perspective of those who have not will be lless informed anyway - so why include them?
