I keep getting "host connection lost" errors mid-flight...usually a few minutes after a message saying that it's switching from UDP to TCP. Here's a link to my Ping Plotter screenshot:

You need to contact Comcast. Your second hop is where the packet loss starts, which is your immediate connection to the Internet.
