Boys were DeMolay, girls were Job's Daughters---were run and mentored by Masons, meetings held at the local lodge--I always viewed it as a junior Masonic organization, though I don't believe that was the intent. I moved away toward end of high school, lost track of them all, never got back in it--good organiztion in all respects
