why do anything at all? this should be just what the democrats, Al Gore, the UN and Green Peace want, a kind of cosmic house cleaning. It will quickly reduce global warming, reduce the planet's population to something more managable, will almost over night eliminate man's dependancy on oil... and electricity, and food,...

True on all points screwey-one...but since it will reduce man's dependency on them as perpetrators and purveyors of the nanny-state they are not too pleased with the prospect.

I think they're more afraid it will land in their backyard and take out the BBQ pit and the jacuzzi. All I know is if they screw with it they'll make it worse.
