My Connection and PC woes

Skuzzy,

I need help. I am constantly having problems losing host connection. I am running a core 2 duo and implemented the hotfix you advise in the sticky above. Still no dice.
I have ports 2000-6000 open on my router. No dice.
Windows firewall is shut down. Norton firewall shutdown. I have absolutely no idea how to shut norton all the way down except get into the services menu and manually shut down all 8 services every time I want to play. Any advice on that?
