Pixel sizes for avatars

Hi guys
Coild anyone break it down for me in how to go about reducing the pixels so I could upload an avatar? tried about 3 different ones and they are always to big, so how do you go about making them smaller?

You can use MS paint and just use the skew (image>stretch/skew) or (image>attributes 80x80), or if you have photoshop or some other editing program you can do it in there.  The dimensions are 80x80.

Thanks for that buddy! I'll drag it over to you when I find it, my documents folder looks like some middle eastern bazzar at sales time, stuff everywhere lol
