FSO Northern Italy: Frame 1
« on: February 28, 2007, 01:34:32 PM »
As AK CO for Special Events and being the CIC for frame 1 I am recommending that it be postponed till next week as we received the Allied orders by mistake.  Now I did not read the orders but I can't guareentee any of the Axis CO's have and I don't want our squad and our axis country to be called cheaters.  I would rather new orders be given for Allied.

Oh good grief.. lol.

Just when you think things are going smoothly..

Thanks for the heads up, MwDogg.

For now, let's continue to plan for Friday operations as normal.

I implore Axis COs to dispose of the Allied orders immediatly.

If the Allied CiC would like to make changes they can do so.  I've always felt that just making the squad assignments to the A/C was always the hardest part, and that wouldn't need to be changed, I wouldn't think.

So.. again.. no postponement unless I get overruled by higher authorities.

We Axis CO's are smarter than to fall for the old Fake Order deception trick!  You Allies never follow the plan anyway!  :D

I didn't peek.  I promise!

Hmmm.  Since I have not received orders from any side does that mean I get the arena all to myself?
I get really really tired of selective realism disguised as a desire to make bombers easier to kill.

Thx for your honesty sir. I'm rather beside myself that this happened.

I thought this frame would be a good primer for my XO vlkyrie1 to get his hands in and learn how we develop these Frames. He received the plans from the CM and was let loose to devise the Allied plan of attack.

Vlkyrie1 had spent a lot of time developing this plan, and for the axis to receive them is sad. There was no need for the plans to be forwarded to anyone as I had sent the plans to all the Allied Command when I received them from vlkyrie1.

I'll reserve further statement till we discover more of what actually happened and why.

We could always just line up across from one another at 15k. When the CM calls fight on just turn into the merge and see who has planes flying after the ensuing four and a half mins of carnage.

I know for a fact though the only casualty I'll ever see will be my framerates with that many birds in the air.

Welcome to humanity Ladies and Gents,  we all make boo boos. No matter what the cause is I for one am greatful people spend their time to put these things together.

No fear. Best part about the internet is that you can make changes and distribute in minutes. We'll have a new work up out some time tomorrow. Never mind the trechary of the axis, the allies will emerge victorious once again. BTW good luck with frame rates. ;)
