Not sure if ya'll will be able to see it in the states but over here in Iraq we have a lunar eclipse going on. About 90% of the moon is covered right now. Its 2:07am Sunday and I'm off to bed!

thats a hell of a good question

Perhaps that chart was drawn by two people. the "fully" visable done in England.
The "Totally visable" done by some California valley girl

Wait. Fully visable couldnt have been done in England. It it were it would be discribed as "Quite fully visable"

"Part visable" was o doubt done by some inner city kid in the projects

The visible states probably refer to when the moon is up in that part of the world. The eclipse will only happen at a specific time, but the moon may not be above the horizon for part of the world during the eclipse.

Yeah I didn't know about it before hand, just happend to be outside as it started. Though it was easy to see cause the dang thing was so bright last night, makes me wish I had brought a good digital camera with zoom... woulda made a nice background for the ol 'puter.

What's the difference between Fully Visible and Totality Visible.

"Totality visible" means that you'll be able to witness the part of the eclips where the moon in completely (totally) in earth's shadow. Fully visible means you can watch the entire eclipse from start to finish while the moon is still above the horizon.

Yeah I caught the tail end of it here in central  Texas.  At about 10 deg elevation the Moon had about a 1/4 chunk missing.  By the time it climbed to 30 deg it was a full Moon again.
