We eat out on an avg of once a week, but not fast food or junk food *if* we can help it (schedule-driven). During football season, this jumps up to 2 times a week.
If its fast food, we try to do subway, which is still not the best food in the world, but a hella lot better than other fast food places.
Alittle off topic, but I've been on a modified high-protein diet since Jan. 1st (trying to get back into shape when I took 6 months off from weight lifting) and let me tell you, I can clear a room with my gas from this diet.
