7600GT or Radeon X1650 XT

XFX Geforce 7600 GT 256MB PCI-E XXX Edition (590MHz) or the ATI Radeon X1650 XT?

Which one?  I just purchased a brand new computer after my old one packed it in. The XFX 7600GT @ 590MHz or the X1650XT?

Thoughts guys?

7600GT is pretty darned fine. I can't talk about the x1650, but I've got no complaints with the 7600, personally.

x1650 is probably a bit better, as I think it's a more recent card, If the 1650 is considerably pricier, go with the 7600. If the prices are almost the same, I'd say err on the side of caution and get the x1650.

Also, there's only ONE driverset for the 7600GT. x1650 might have better driver support (not sure). If you get the GeForce, use only 84.66.

Here are some reviews, if you have a SLI capable board i would say 7600GT. If you happen to have a crossfire board then the 1650XT would be my choice . If you dont have either i would look at all the benchmarks below .  GL
