56k dialup with Skuzzy at Applink.net right now....usually get a 36k connect.

Just put in the order for Verizon DSL with Applink as my ISP yesterday.  Hopefully this will get me into the game a little more.  Not been flyin much lately....I got spoiled by my DSL in Houston.

Here's a great test link for the east coast: http://www.ba-hss.com/speedtest/test500.asp
I just got 2020 Kbps down, 294 Kbps up.  That makes me thinkI must have a 384 K theoretical upstream.

Hi All,
56K Dialup  :( Usually @ 46.6

No Cable or ADSL here  :(

Hell we ain't even got gas in our house

I always have about 1 cm of the netstat window showing in the corner and keep a close watch if I see any sudden Hyperspace jumps, Generally no one complains about me warping and my Netstat is usually flat

ADSL here, 640k/256K Qwest DSL.  Has worked well, except for the red code virus that hampered my Cisco 675 modem for a few days.
