Hi
I hear that the sea is supposed to be blue now, but I still see it as black. My system is a Dell P2 333 with a Voodoo2 8MB video card, and I run at 800x600. Any ideas why or how to fix?
thanks GRUNHERZ

Grun...I was in the room the same time as you. I know this may sound silly but have u tried it during daylight settings.
Reason I ask is yes...it was black when we were in there and the sun was going down. I've tried it offline and as noon game time it was a nice blue color.
I also use a Voodoo, but it's a 3 2000

I've got a 3DFX Banshee card, and water shows up black in every terrain, save one; Luzon. Kinda weird ain't it?

I'm not an expert on vid cards, but isn't a V2 and Banshee closely tied?
I read something recently about V3 drivers not supporting banshee (or something close to this effect) and wonder if it's something based upon the banshee. Guess we won't know unless other's speak up about any prob's.
Like I said..just throwing stuff out in the wind but at least it's a start..
