my free 2 weeks wont work

i just downloaded this game and it sayed that i could play 2 weeks free.  I thought that was cool so i went to play online and it says i have to subscribe. I really dont want to subscribe till i get used to the game.  The only game it will let me play is h2h.  Anyway i was wondering why this was happening and if there was anything you could do to help me out.

Ditto....finally decided to give this game a try with the addition of a navy.....not such a good welcoming. Is this a bug or has HTC stopped giving a free trial?

You have to register for an account.  It doesn't require a credit card and you don't have to cancel it... after two weeks, it doesn't allow you in the arena anymore unless you've activated it using a credit card.  It is truly a free trial.

You can do this from the "Admin" button then "create account" inside the game.

If you've already played for two weeks, you will get the "subscription required" message.  But.. you haven't done that yet.. right?

I've been around since beta, so things may have changed since then.  It seems like you subscribe for an account and you can play completely free for 2 weeks.  After the 2 weeks are up, you will get a message telling you to enter a credit card number to continue playing.  The other benefit of subscribing is you won't be newuser### in HTH games anymore.

When you subscribe it shouldn't even ask for a Credit Card number until your two weeks are up.

Way back when when i got my 2 week trial, I actually got 3 for some reason..??? I didnt do anything different i just looked back and realized it was 3 and not 2 for me oh well.

 That may happen if you try to access your 2-week account from different PCs.
