I collide a LOT.
I have to get in close cuz my eyesight sucks (I'm old), my reflexes suck (I'm old) and I never got into FPS games (I'm old).
That being said, 95% of the time in that nano second just before the collision, I have that aw**** epiphany, the other 5% I write off to lag, but that 5% pisses me off a lot more than the 95%.
Now if both planes in a collision were coded to go down I would be pissed off 19 times as often.
My squadies would quickly tire of my rants on vox and squelch me, my wife would laugh at me and call me names and in the summer when my windows are open the nosy neighbors would be inclined to report me to the Humane Society figuring that I am strangling my cats.
Please don't change the collision model.
