Last WWI Combat Vet Laid to Rest

This was Feb 22nd.  Sorry if I didn't see it posted elsewhere in the forums before this.

7 WWI vets still around according to the VA, but none of them served overseas, so this is the last "combat vet" from America from that war.

End of an Era.

A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."
