Video card going bad?

Been getting random lockups thought it was drivers but they didnt help, everthing back to normal  after reboot for a hour or two



 DDraw Status: Enabled
       D3D Status: Enabled
       AGP Status: Not Available
DDraw Test Result: All tests were successful.
 D3D7 Test Result: Failure at step 8 (Creating 3D Device): HRESULT = 0x887602eb (error code)

Check the temperature. Could be the card getting hot.
21 is only half the truth.

Also check the heatsink with a flashlight. Over time hair can and will clog it, thus reducing the ability of the fan to cool it off. Compressed air can clear it out, if clogged.

i wish it was overheating but temps stay were they should ,also after ah crashes i have to reset video settings like i deleted my video file, Would messing up on a overclock due this
