I am in correspondence with an American who's father flew in bombers from Corsica. He mentions my Dads Spitfire squadron on his website so I got in touch and I have sent him pics and log book entries etc.
He was asking about how the RAF was structured and I can't find a concise answer. Does anyone know or able to point me to a link?
