Plenty compared to, say, a J2M3? Not even close.

Or even the Spitfire Mk XII, which was built in similar numbers to the Bf109T, once again, not even close.

I repeat, carrier-based Me-109s did not see combat. Carrier-equipped 109s did not, either.
