I Would Love to Try AH But.........HELP!!

After three days of trying to program my CH USB Pro Throttle and USB F-16 Fighter stick I'm about ready to give it up. No problem with control surfaces, it's the buttons/hats. After getting everything set on the Pro throttle and testing them, I finally got the js buttons programmed. But then the throttle buttons (most of them) lost their setting. Started over MANY times. I can either have the Pro Throttle buttons the way I want OR the Combatstick but not both. What am I doing wrong?? I can find NO help whatever in any of the documentation.
After four years of Warbirds I'd really like to try something new but.....   :(
Please, any help appreciated.
Thank goodness the Pro Pedals have no buttons, I'd be a raving maniac by now  :eek:

I have the same stuff but gameport version. I know many folks have the CH USB gear now and it'w roking fine.

I recomend you check out the hardware forumn for CH topics and also  post this in the general forumn. Even though thgis is the right place for tech help a lot of folks do not read here and you could get a faster fix via the General forumn.
