Ok so, the very first and most deterring thing in this game that I first noticed EVER AND that everyone complains to me about has been sound meshing... When I say sound meshing I'm talking about the sound of the engine starting (for example) when It revs way up at the very end of the .wav but then your plane is idling... I would love to hear that plane start up noise change according to your throttle, for some ideas go listen to some of IL2...

Il-2 is the LAST thing I'd use to make a sound comparison. Not only do AH's stock built-in sounds blow Il-2's away, but at least with AH you can replace the ones you still find substandard.

Do a search for soundpacks, as I'm sure there's already one here somewhere that addresses your needs. Or just find a sound you want to use, name it appropriately and drop it in the Aces High\Sounds folders.

The buffet sound should fade in and out the same way the stall sound does.

Saxman, the Il2 sound engine is definitely more advanced than AH's.

Yes, the IL2 sound is like 30 different parts per sound or something I swear it.
Cause if you notice, you can get the engine starting but once about halfway if you cut the engine, it doesn't sound like it is cutting from full idle it cuts right from where it is and blends perfectly, note that that would be lots and lots of work to do but Hi-tech I'm up for challenges with my puny little Audacity sound editor
