I play AH on a Quanta KN1 vanilla book I got from pcclub thats re-branded as "enpower".

The only real difference is that vanilla books don't come pre-loaded with tons of garbage software, don't have 100 stickers, and are easily upgradable. I even ordered mine without Windows.
It had a P-M 1.8, 1024 RAM with an mxm 128M 6600go, I upgraded the P-M to a 2.6 and the 6600go to a 256M 7600Go. The 7600go made zero difference that I could tell.
BTW Apple Mac people will just about fist fight you at the suggestion Macs & Dells share the same assymbly line.. they think Macs are hand made with love by devoted Apple experts obsessed with Steve Jobs perfection.
