Pre-Flight routine

The photo in the link below is of me just after my pre-flight routine. As you can see from the photo, my flight engineer (on my right) has calibrated my joystick, and my wingman is behind me and to my left, where I like my wingman to be. You can see that he is working on calibrating his joystick. This shows the importance of a proper Pre-flight routine especially proper joystick calibration.
