Man, it really makes things look smooth, such as this clip from Falcon 4 AF

Linky

Anyone have any clips from inside Aces High?

works great with AH, just make sure you get the latest version.

Go to their webpage. They have a couple of AH clips

You'd probably get similar results with a trackir (plus some extra degrees of movement).

TrackIR gives you 6 degrees of movement, so you can look up, down, left, right but you can also move your head to the left/right to see below you, or movi it in/out to zoom in/zoom out in  the cockpit.

The whole thing is tiny. Just clip it on your monitor and put a baseball hat with the reflector on.

I am really impressed.

I had tried trackir with the original model years ago and then upgraded to trackir3. My 19" monitor sat too close to my face which did not give the "eye" a large enough window fro my head to move around properly. The sensors would drop out of the trackir zone which would make the view go crazy.
Just last week I hooked it all back up. Since I upgraded to a 24" monitor, a faster vcard and dual core, the trackir works great. I can keep the eye/monitor farther away which gives the eye a much larger window. The only tough part is looking back and up, say the 4/5 or 7/8 view. Other than that it really adds to the game.
The latest trackir4 has a larger window closer than the prevoius models did so you should not have the close monitor/small eye window I had if you get one of those.
