damn new account!!!!

Hello Im a current user of AH my pilot id "terracot"
my brother wants to try the game and he created a new account for him, but he cant acces the main arena because there says that hes time has finished and he needs to subscribe he suscribred today and cant try hes 2 weeks free trial , so I think we cant both fly in the same computer with diferent accounts? any help? suggestion?
I mailed HTC but delivery failure problem

It won't give him his two weeks free from your computer because you could start and delete accounts over and over.  You could fly FOREVER using 2 free weeks each time.

That's a loophole that HTC has covered.  They can see from the internet traffic where these accounts orginate from.

He has to start his account from a different, physical location.

One free-bee per household.

Worse still, imagine you are my brother in law in Germany, new to computers yet keen to fly. Somehow you get a login ID but somehow lose it and probably delete Hitechs email with the password as well. You can't get in at all then, free time comes and goes, no H2H kicking the c**p out o your poor old bro in Scotland, zilcho.
Pleading emails in to Hitech, their superflak account system knows who he is, lets see if it will tell him who is. I've got 30 bucks riding on this, I wonder where I will be spending it?
