On his blog it states:

EDITOR’S NOTE: Dr. Simonyi is busy working on his experiments and installing new computer hard drives aboard the International Space Station (ISS). He will be updating his blog shortly, so make sure to check back soon.

The real truth is:

EDITOR’S NOTE: Dr. Simonyi is busy puking up the pre-made dinners packed by Martha Stuart due to the fact that she forgot to actually COOK the chicken, and he's been busy debugging onboard computers that had a microsoft SP update aboard the International Space Station (ISS). He will be updating his blog shortly, probably when he lands since he spends the rest of his time filling up his space suite diaper and moaning in pain.
