Will a USB mic/speaker headset be compatable with AH?

I use the older one of these, called a 'roadie', with my notebook, works great

There's one issue sometimes; I usually listen to music and minimize AH a few times to change songs or whatever.. now and then the audio will be scratchy upon maximizing AH. Advancing the playlist 1 song clears it up.

I went ahead and bought a standard soundcard type mic. Logitech mics for me have been nothing but cheap chinese crap that only lasts a few months anyway
