I agree that he made the wrong statement.

15 or so years ago he was at a Dumbarse Nazi Rally for 1 of his shows, when this Neo-Nazi throws his Wendy's Biggie drink on Geraldo.He looks back at the camera man, hands him the mic, then beats the piss out of the Neo-Nazi in the street, after which he is arrested.But this is only one of 10.

The only real professionalism I have seen from our TV media recently is in the period during and immediately after 9/11, when they cut out most of the rating grab pieces, and just reported what they knew.

Within a week or two, they were back to the usual ratings garbage, i.e. "An item your family uses every hour has just been recalled, and using it will KILL you! Find out what it is at 10pm tonight."
