Not sure, but that looks like a one-off special scheme to me.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

The a10 is a special anniversary scheme.

We have at least 1, maybe 2, P51s with that paint scheme.

Note the A-10 engine has "80 years" painted on it? Probably the same unit. Just different time frames.

We have a P-51B with that scheme.... 118th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron. :-)
