Too many reasons to answer.
- Skins are user submitted, so it depends on what folks like
- Skins have to be historical, not many options for f4us, plenty for p40
- P40s are old and need a 3D update. They've had time to accumulate
- F4us just got remodeled, lost all old skins, lots have been submitted
--- skin pack not out yet, at least half a dozen f4us in it!
- P40s served in more countries, so more possible skins to use
- F4us mostly just USN, used only a couple of paint schemes
Basically, they just are the way they are.
There are more skins for the F4us, but they're still being added. The F4us are new! Takes time to add skins to new planes!
