holy crap snuggie! 40k!?!?!

Today, i thought i might go stop the bish from taking an important GV base. so i upped a Pz4F to defend. got up to the top of a hill, and saw 4 enemy tanks. a T34-85, 2 M4/75's and a M18. Took down the T34-85 and mopped up the M4's/M18 before they even knew what hit em. After that i got to the top of the ridge where they were all spawning and took out another panzer and a M4, but soon after i was gang raped by a tiger 2 and 3 panthers.

I dont want to flood you all with pics so i'll just post the 2.

The unsuspecting T34 camping up on the ridge...

Heres the 3 tanks that i took down in less than 15 seconds

Mossie XVI would take a long time to get to 40k. I wonder why he bothered climbing that high?  What was he heading for?

I'm impressed you intercepted him.

He hit our strats and was RTB when I first made an icon on him.  It was around 25k and he was 5.5k above me (at 40k on the dot).  Must have been a long trip for him, as this was on a large map.  Interception was easy, since he flew more or less straight.  At 40k, he wasn't going all that fast; either from reduced power at such a high altitude, or reduced throttle to milk it home.  I just dropped the RPMs a bit and saved WEP for the very end.  He did start maneuvering seconds after the first bullets hit, but then it was too late.

How do you get the effect of flying parts after they've been shot off? For example, I shoot off a 109D's right wing, how to make it have a special effect of it flying around.
Kenzy Shooter is coming to get you with my P-51D!!! :salute

You could download Gimp, which is a free image editing program.  With that you could blur certain parts to give the illusion of motion.  Some people around these parts can help you with that.  Check the "Exchange of Edited Screenshots" thread out.

These are from Christmas Eve.  It was a dark and stormy night...

The worst enemy of a sneaky NOE attack - teh raydar!
Maybe they should have killed the radar on the CV that gave away their position 30 miles out.  Just sayin'.

There was talk on range about getting PMs for "cheating" on finding out where they were.
Note to NOE crowd: be wary flying on a map with all islands and many CVs.

Thanks to the inadvertent early warning, a friendly had time to up a 262 and run this guy down.

lol, yeah that was me on both accounts. I upped a 262 ahead of the horde and managed to upset some of them. I was PMed about cheating after my first pass lol.

That Boston skin is really nice.  Combined with the angles you chose, the plane doesn't look bad at all.  :aok
