I really like how you added the perspective blur!

I had a quick go. :aok

I find the colours in AH2 to be very, very dim. I wish HTC woud raise the RBG values. :aok

That's the Gaussian (sp?) blur effect (on everything but the plane). It makes the ship look pretty real, but it does make the plane look out of place perhaps... I was taking off the CV, but it kinda looks as if it's jumping out; Perhaps I need the 3d technique now  :D

Thanks Kazaa, I do enjoy creating these screen shots.

Nice stuff! I have a couple of these as well, from shooting them today... A Seafire, and the F6f in almost the same spot. Beautiful shot there Kazaa, and the detail on the ship is great.  :aok :aok

I find using the depth of field tool with a bit of feather works really well. (used it on both screenshots posted) But I'm still learning.

This is my second project ever, currently still work in progress. It’s going up on The Few's new squadron website when it's done. :aok

Here is what happens to a B-24 when it takes a 75mm shell at close range:

"Then out spake brave Horatius, the Captain of the gate:
To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."
