I had 1 direct hit in the armor right above his right track at a perfect 45 degree angle. The hit sprite is still ugly so I didn't bother posting a pic.

Yes the 5" HVAR rockets are He I believe, rockets on the F8 (PB1's) and the Typhoon (maybe? I have heard rumors) are AP and can take out tanks, I've seen Stampf do it to me once :(
