Heres one of me where I was an idiot and didn't see the 190 following me and led it to our CV, which I proceded to land on.

And Ranger, what terrain are you using in the one the the C.205 (or is it a C.202?), and what skin are you using on the 190's?

Terrain with the C.205s is SandBlst, my in-progress MA terrain.  Skins for the 109s & 190 are edited default skins specific for that terrain.

Speaking of MAs, a couple from LWO earlier today:

Landed 20mm hits on a spit's wings, but somehow took his tail feathers off?? Go figure...

hate when that type of crap happens. Take a few pings on your left wing, and BOOM!!!!, some how your tail is shot off, you're wounded, and engine oil is damaged.

Kind of like how you lose your rudder in HOs and lose your radiator from dead 6 attacks....

Been that way since AH1, just wish it'd get sorted out some day

I have a theroy on how that crap happens:


as to the radiator, and rudder issue, the bullets are depleted uranium, and go through the tail and damage the radiator. And when in a HO, your plane's gravitational pull (however small) pulls all the bullets flying past you onto a collision course with your rudder.


For the losing your tail from wing pings: the wing tip is armored with 8" armor plate steel, causing ricochets which hit your tail, engine oil, and the pilot (don't ask how a plane flys with armor plate wings, I haven't gotten that far yet  ).
